I am a mum of 2 girls, and am a friendly and curious HR consultant who loves to hear stories and am generally interested in how we all tick. I love connecting people and supporting them to flourish in their careers. I have 20 years experience across a number of different industries - I started in recruitment and then became an HR Business Partner for large media organisations and smaller fast-moving start-ups. I hold an MCIPD level qualification and have a BA in Social Anthropology (always a conversation starter!!)

I am very excited to add my HR consultancy skills into the mix at the Middle Group and balance life and business as much as is possible. I love how Anna and Sarah are supporting honest & open flexible working as well as advocating for women in business. I look forward to supporting the team and helping them and the Middle Group grow in the future.
